millionth polyfil ques.
I got a SS T-5 from pipo in the classified sec.
I'm gonna use it in a sealed box. The specs call for 20-50% semi-dense fill.
What is your interpretation of "20-50% semi-dense"?
I know the Lb to cu.ft. rule.
Thanks for your help.
The box building is in the capable hands of tacosys.

Re: millionth polyfil ques.
Just stuff some in until it's packed, but you can compress it into ~2-3" deep against one of the walls. That's my rule of thumb. It ends up being filled up, but loose enough to not choke the sub.

And no, 1 lb of polyfill to a 1 cubic foot box is almost always too much. If you're worried, just line the walls with 2" fiberglass. Seems to work better anyway.
