i have a 15 and i am going to put it in a 3 cub box tuned in the 40s with 2200 or so rms going to work alright or does it need a biggier box? building it as we speak so shine some light on me lol

id say just a bit bigger but 3 cu ft should be just fine had mine in a 3.6 cu ft@34z and it never yelled at me for doing it.

Too late then? I would make it bigger. 4 cu ft @ 40.

mine loved it, made my "trunk car" come alive..

but i did not regret tuning that low at all

i think peas had his tuned to 34 at 3.5ish cubes i think......sounded SICK pm him. i think he might be lookin to get rid of the box....

I ran this sub(hdc315) on 2200-2500 in a 3.1 cu ft tuned to 38 and noticed that the small box lacked the low end

it still got loud but I know it needed more room to breath

I would def say to do atleast 3.5

3.75 @ 40 hz will work great for daily and still do numbers. Yes, my teammate has one and competes with it.

if you already have the 3 cube box ready then try it out if you dislike it then make a 3.5-4 cubes box between 34-40hz and it'll make a great difference.
