    Icon32 port area

    Question: how come people talk about having more port area being better and making the install louder. I though as long as you have the port area set so that you wont have any noticible port noise then port area wont make a difference as long as the length of the port is changed to keep the same tunning. Can someone explain??

    not really going to get louder....just like you said, no port noise and tubes have to be longer to tune to the same freq.
