im lookin to pay someone to make me a ported box for my elemental designs 15" k-series. the dimensions have to be no bigger than:

30x11x12

it cant be any deeper than 11 inches cause i still want some trunkk space. and it cant be any higher than 12 inches cause my speakers hang down pretty far. someone let me know if u can do it. i want it made out of 3/4 mdf.

also, i want one slotted port. i would trust that u could figure out the dimensions of the part all the frequency things on ur own cause i have no idea how to do that.

That's probably too small to port, it's only about 1.6 cubes, and thats before sub/port displacement...you are looking at under 1.5 cubes....

yeh, that is real small, u could go sealed, the K still sounds awsome... or scrfice a little more space

28.5x10.5x9.5= 1.645 ft^3 (after wood displacement).

i was thinking of a different box. is that better? how much would it be total for just the box with a slotted port and shipping?

(3.76 cu ft outer dimensions, then u gotta throw a port in there.)

i could do a flat $80 shipped...im guesin shipping will be around at least $30.. Let me know and we can talk about tuning frequency and all that.....
