Thats a little larger than SSA recommends, but you should be ok. I havent had time to mess around with my ICONS yet, but when I do, they will be going in 4.25 cubes @ 32 hz.
yea i thought it was a little big. I know its recommended 4.5 @27-33hz. I did not know if it being a little bigger would affect it much. I was looking through the free box designs and found the closest designs to what the subs called for.

I wouldnt worry too much about it. I bet you will be fine.

Just pay attention to the subs and if they start to get over driven or sloppy you can add small blocks of wood to the inside of the box to absorb some internal air space.
