    Icon32 Would Fiberglass Help?

Because my 15L5 is facing directly upwards I thought that cutting a piece of fiberglass to fit on the underside of my rear deck where my 6.5's are mounted would increase the bass a little almost like the glass on a hatchback. Is my thinking wrong, or could this actually work? Is there anyway to improve the SPL and SQ of a sub that is facing directly up?

Nope wouldn't help at all. About the only thing you could do, would be to deaden the hell out of the rear deck.

I dont know why this worked

I put the back seat partially up and it directed more air up instead of out and I really think it improved SQ and SPL by a lot I guess air and sound flow have a lot to do with it. I dont understand but hey it works so now I wont have to fiberglass or sound proof.
