4 alpine type r's and i need a box that'll fit in a cobalt. anybody know of box dimensions so i can build one that'll sound good. 12height x 30 width x 30depth are the trunk dimensions

you could make it work sealed, but you would be better off with 2 ported.

people will hear you coming with 4 sealed pretty sure of it.

thats gonna be a small ported box

they would be small boxes, cause i know ported are louder, its just a matter of finding dimensions to where i can make a ported box small enough that will be loud enough

I had two 12" R's in a prefab ported box in my girlfriend's Ion (which I assume has practically the same trunk space, being the same car).

The dual ported prefab was difficult enough to get into the trunk, I think you'll have a difficult time trying to squeeze four tens in there.

with my car the trunk space is fine, but the openings to get in the trunk are really small. so most prefab boxes are to big to fit in my trunk
