    http://www.tech12volts.com/plugins/a...slideshow.html

Thats how i'm going to mount my mids in the door but I couldn't find any 1/2in MDF but I picked up a piece of 1/2in Birch, would that do the job also?

sure birch is fine. I like to seal up any baffle I stick in the doors. Water can and will find a way into your doors eventually. Once you have all your cutting done to your baffles and are ready to stick them in the doors. Give them a couple coats of either resin or EXTERIOR use polyurethane on the entire baffle. It will save you the head aches of swelled up, deteriorated baffles down the road

Nobody's heard them. They aren't in production yet. There is no prototype even available. But he should still consider them. They will rock. I promise.
PS: The new Squeaksters will be a midwoofer addition to my subwoofer line, the Squeakinators
