Need specs on an angled box for a 15L5

Please guys I need your help on this one. I just bought a Kicker 15L5 off of Ebay and I need my box built. I can go 23 inches wide, 24inches deep, and a max of 14inches high. We all know that unless this box is angled a 15 inch sub wont fit in a trunk that will accomodate 14inches of height. My question is can anyone help me with the angle that the sub should be to where the magnet doesnt hit the box? This would help me out so much if someone could help because I want to build the box before the sub gets here so I can just wire it up and drop it in. Thanks for the help.

I wanted the box to fire upwards in the trunk if that helps any. The top would be shorter than the base of the box. I was thinking about a 60degree angle and making the face about 17inches high at that angle it should be right I think . Anyways anyone that has made their own boxes for a L5 please give me some suggestions on this one.
