Double front baffle? thats a mighty big gap for just 3/4"
yea double 3/4. i dont know what to measure when i double up the front to keep the port area and frequency the same?

Or a quadruple.![]()
1 1/2 inches is two 3/4" pieces, so thats what you should of measured
I don't think your port wall is in the correct spot; It looks like the wall is too far back.
You should also sand off all the caulking/glue from the tops of the sides before putting on the top baffle.

why should i sand off all the caulking/glue from the tops of the sides before putting on the top baffle.?? its looking staright its my 1st box.

So the wood glue can effectively bond wood to wood, not sealant to wood or dried glue to wood.
damn that box is ugly. maybe you should consider carpeting the inside. but since thats your box, i cant blame you.

give me a break its my 1st box and i didn't take my time on it.
Eh, so long as everything lines up correctly, what the inside of the box looks like matters very little.
However, I would suggest taking your time at it, make sure youo get everything measured correctly, and lined up the way it should be. Def get rid of anything excess on top that could create gaps, or weak spots further down the road. Are you gonna carpet the outside or anything? Or just go with bare mdf?
"you have a face like a bulldog chewing a stinging nettle while taking a constipated dump in a heat wave"
im gonna go with bare mdf unless you can help me find cheap fabric to put on the box or something??i heard walmart has fabrics and stuff.
