without using the jasper jig. I look over at realmofexcursion and that sticky is gone now for some reason. I really don't want to go out and get one of these for a one time thing. Pictures or anything would be awsome.

how about just a regular jig saw? Make your circle with a protractor and then cut that bish out.... thats what i do and i have never had any problems.
ummm draw it then use a jig saw

i allways use a circle jig w/ a rotor.. perfect holes for me!

Get some 1/4" MDF and the proper screws to attach to the base of your router.
Just like they said, make your own. I made one a couple months ago. Took a bunch of careful measurements, and it worked out perfect. If you're building a decent box, you should easily be able to make one. Took me a while, because I didn't want to f*** it up, but it's easy. If you have no idea where to start, Google it. I found a good write-up to make sure the way I planned it was right.
FWIW used 1/4" scrap wood ****. Cardboard would work in a pinch.

1. Threaded rod and one bolt.
2. Drill hole in end of rod so that a nail or a screw will fit inside.
3. Attach pencil to bolt on rod.
4. You now have an adjustable circle marker!
