I don't think you have enough depth to make aeroports long enough.

I would go with a slot port in this scenario.

Depending on what its going into, he could also Fire the ports to the side, mounting them length wise. If in a truck, and he has enough space to allow the ports to breathe, that would be the optimal set up.

    4 10's? Do 4 4" or 2 6" aero's if possible.

2 6" aeros to the side...looks like a truck box, if it is, bam

If it's in an SUV...well aero ports won't be long enough unless your tuning a bit higher

Itll be going into a Chevy Tahoe. Box design maximizes my cargo space, while still being a decently sized enclosure. 48" wide fits EXACTLY between the wheel wells.

Then you have the right idea, Sub up, port back. I really perfer aero ports, but i do not think you can make it work with your current box design. Try to make both port faces as smooth as possible and avoid square corners. It should wang if built correctly. GL

Re: Slot port Vs. Aeroports... *PICS*

I appreciate the comments man. I have come to the conclusion that Aeros simply wont work.

Looks like this slot port design will be the winner.

Like you said though, if built correctly, hopefully, should wang for me.

Any other tips you can give me? Bracing, cornering, rounding? Anything?

    Thanks!

You can bend them using an elbow, although it's not optimal.
