The audio shop here wanted 500 just for the box!

What is a more expensive option, fishercustoms? I don't know what size box the guy needs, but a 2.0 cubic foot box with carpet is around $160 including the shipping. Some people spend more than that on a prefab box

Yeah, if it's just for a 10w7 it's not gonna be near $500 from FC, not to mention fishercustoms will probably dominate anything your local shop was gonna do for you.

Wow thanks for all the replies fellas. Yea when the shop told me 500 I said "Sure hope your kidding". No sir these are very complex boxes to build and we will even have the carpet to match your interior how does it sound.

That will be fine if you want something like that, but the fishercustoms box will be of much higher quality than that one, but will probably cost a bit more.
