    help on mustang l7 box

    can some one help me.. i need to know if this can go in a trunk of a mustang here are the dimensions.would it be good

    Dimensions (W x H x D): 34.25" x 14.5" x 16.25"
    Port Tuned @ 38Hz

    is it going in a new mustang or old cause if it is like a 92-2005 it wont fit like that....max height would be 12 then....those cars are *****es to work with

    max height is 12" unless you remove the mach 460 box under the rear deck and then with the rear seat removed bend the metal along the top. i have been able to squeeze a box with a height of 14.5 in the trunk

    ... and yes they are a pain to work with

    My mustang didnt have mach system, so no amps underneath..i was going to do 14'' but i measured and max hieght was too small..so i cut down to 13 and 1/4'' and even that was a tad bit too big..i had to hammer in the border a little to slide it through cause i had a bump in the trunk! max height i wouldnt suggest going over 13'' ! 12 to be safe!

    and yea...these cars a ***** to work with! i have no trunk space!

    its an 02 mustang .. but how bout if i hammer that bump ?

    just make sure you flatten that bump and bang the metal that runs along the top up and 14.5"H should slide right through
