box building materials question
just looking for some ideas on what everyone uses and im not talking about the wood. im just looking to see what size screws everyone uses to connect their boxes, what kind of glue, and what kind of caulking sealant everyone uses? and also how many of you dont use screws on your box? i have seen alot of them like that, and i guess i figured that every glue i ever used wasnt strong enough to hold a box together. and also am just looking to see what size clamps everyone is running?

Re: box building materials question
- drill w/ drill bit and countersink bit
- 1 5/8" coarse drywall nails
- bar clamps. i have (3) 24"s & (3) 36"s
- titebond II glue
- router w/ homemade circle jig, box full of router bits.
- paneling bit helps a lot
- workbench
- ruler + pencil for marking screw spots.
- sander for bare boxes.
if you have patience, you won't need to use screws, just glue & clamps. I'm going to try that on my next box.
