    ported or sealed for a 10 w7

    i mostly listen to rap, hip hop, and oldies can any one recommend what kind of box would be best for me.

    can any one check out this link below n tell me if this box is the specs for the w7 n if this box is any good for it thanks

    the box you linked would be fine.

    all i would do different is tune it to 34hz and make the port more square.

    Not everybody has the time and/or skill to make boxes and there is nothing wrong with prefab boxes if they are properly built and of the right size go for it.

    Hell I have built boxes too but I found a nice deal on a prefab sealed box for my pair of 10w6v2.

    I have one question on this box...am I wrong or it got two square ports, I see one in front and another one shooting to the side.....is it?

    if your meaning the left side then its not another port, its just an overhang....its the way they build the box's

    sealed gets lower (which is good for rap.)

    prefab sealed will work, throw a lil pillow stuffing in there and bump
