I am running them off a RF p6002 amp.
I want to get bass that is firstly hard hitting, but secondly, loud.
What type of enclosure shuold I get or how should I desing it? I have plenty of MDF.

off the topic of the box....you are way under powering those subs. 600 watts is barely enough for 1 R.

you may have messed up by going with dual 2 ohm coils. you can go . 5 ohms, 4 ohms or 2 x 2 ohms. you will have to spend a little more on power.

those are your wiring options for ohm loads. when you wire the coils and the subs together, that's what you'll get. you need an amp that does at least 1000 and is stable at one of those ohm ratings.

if you set the gains right, it'll be ok. you won't hit the R's very hard with it though. mine are getting 1400 rms. with this amp, which will not work with dual 2 ohm coils.

this amp would push them pretty good.
