Right now I have 2 12" w6v1 's in a dual bandpass box, and I'm not impressed with the SQ. Does anyone have any ideas on a different box I should put them in, or anything I can do to make them sound better?

Sealed or a nicely designed ported box.... if that bandpass was not made for those drivers then either will vastly improve the output and sq of them.

most prefab enclosure are not that great and when it comes to prefab bandpass enclosure it gets worst. i have heard the W6 in ported enclosures and they sound super nice. i have also heard a single 10" W6 in a sealed enclosure but im sure the enclosure had to be a bit bigger because it was lacking the very low end bass, but it still sounded very nice.

Well if anyone in the seattle area is willing to build me a box, I can pay them money, or partial trade.

I know there is more ill try to find them.
i actually am also running 2 12w6v1s and built my own box
pm me and maybe we can work something out
For the v1 w6, I would recommend about 1.75 to 2 cubic feet each ported tuned in the low 30s. Sealed, they just don't have much low end. This enclosure would actually be pretty nice for them if you're afraid to have somebody build one:
