kicker boxes

hi right now i have 2 comp vr 15s and want to build a ported box for them until i can sell them to upgrade to 2 15 kicker cvx. at the kicker website they reccomend the same sixe boxes for both subs. will the cvx work in the box for the compvr?

I have only used kicker l7's, but playing around with sizes and tuning, I ended up pretty close to thier "Large" ported enclosure. So I would assume that both subs will perform well if you build a box to thier specs.
