    Re: truck enclosure help.

You could ask a forum member who is in the texas area to make you one.
It would be the most cost effective way and would be totally custom.
Premade vented enclosures tend to have high tuning, something not everyone wants.

    Re: truck enclosure help.

You will have a hard time porting 2 12's in a truck unless it is a ext cab, or there is a blow through. You can pick up a prefab for two 12's sealed for around 60-80 bux. Building one is pretty easy. What type of truck is it? The hardest part is figuring your angle for the seat. If you want vented then I would go with 10's, in which case you can find the kicker boxes on ebay with blown comps shipped for about 20 bux. Good little boxes there.

Sierra 2dr Reg Cab the middle seat doesn't move, but it doesnt matter cuz i rather have 2 seperate boxes cuz it leaves more room for the amp.

    Re: truck enclosure help.

2 12" ported correctly isnt going to happen. I can design you a 1 12" or 2 10" that will work just fine, but there isnt enough room for 2 12s. Unless you got a pair that likes a REALLY small ported box. Like 1.3 cube small.

If you are tall you wont get more then 1.7-2 cubes out of it, if you are short up to 3 cubes...

    What part of Texas?

    Re: truck enclosure help.

my friend just got a 12w3v2 put into his f-150 regular cab..

the shop built a custom sealed box and it fit perfectly. they charged him $100. with his truck i know he could fit another sealed box behind the other seat, but they said if he wanted ported he would only be able to do 1 12, and the box would have been much more expensive
