Please help me choose which box

Im leaning towards the second one. It would fit in my durango a little more nicley. Im assuming that the first box will be a little louder considering it is bigger. But is it going to really be a big difference? If it is I will sacrafice a nicer install for the bigger boom but dont wana do unless you guys feel its going to be a big diff. I have been told on a couple different forums that these are good boxes. I know there a bit pricey but there my only option

And I know there have been discussion about which way to face the port and sub and everybody says that it all depends on the application but is there anyway that everybody pretty much agrees on that blows ***
