45 the box corners, round over the port walls, use PVC with foil and car wax on it, secur that and pour resin between that and the corner walls giving you a "rounded" corner. Open up the port some (like the idiot up top said like its the only thing you can possibly do)

I don't think this is what the original poster wanted to know. I think he wants to know how to make it louder off of the same power he has but worded it incorrectly.
