Bad news on the 06' XXX 15 4th order build

Low and behold i get the box finshed, spent 60bucks on aero ports got everything together then another 20 bucks on lag bolts to hold the XXX in place get the XXX bolted in put the access panel on the box bolted that down tilt the box down to put it in the truck and i heard a loud ""SNAP"" so i was like great one of the lag bolts holding the woofer in broke...... if you havent held a 06' XXX you just dont know the weight on this massive thing mine weights in at 95lbs...... anyway took the box back out unbolted the sub, all the bolts were in tack take the subs out and ""vola"" one on the spokes on the basket cracked right in half... so i called up RE they are going to take care of the problem.............by the way i got both sets of the RE components in and they sound freakin rediculas.... iv had DLS Focal and MBquarts and these outplay all of them

wow...95lb sub snapping bolts..thats crazy....make a brace for the magnet so the baffle wont have 2 work so hard to hold up the sub...but i'm telling u once u get that sub up and running ..be prepared to make love to the lows

i know...this is when he get the new sub...he need to make a brace for the magnet to help support the back weight

i was just pointing out snapping bolts....he was snapping bolts be4 but slimmer bolts....now he put thicker bolts and snap thos as well as one of the basket spokes
if he made a magnet brace that would not have happen

the fist statement without the second one is what had me (and probably others) thinking you misread.

i was not familiar with his previous situation.

i totally agree with a magnet brace, or go the easy way and up-fire it :)

You might wanna put the full description in your post, so it doesn't look like you can't read.

I don't think it would be too hard to implement a simple magnet brace...
