Civic speaker installation

I just bought an 01 civic which has 6.5" rear speakers and I believe the same in the front. I have a couple of questions. I have a pair of 6X9 speakers that I'd really like to use if I can, is there any way to build/buy an adapter plate? And also, will the speaker even fit? I'm going to just buy 6.5" speakers for the front to save the hassle.

Also, how do you remove the door panels and the panel under the back windshield for speaker installation? I get the car monday so I haven't tried to do it yet but I figured I'd ask so I dont break anything. I also have two 12" subs and an amp with all the wiring but I think I might have Best Buy install that because I don't want to mess anything up there either. I'm new at all this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
