Quick FibeGlass question

I've been watching and reading about all you guys doing these amazing looking glass boxes. The thing I've noticed is sometimes you end up with crazy ***, odd shaped boxes on the inside.

How in the hell do you guys calculate the volume of your FG boxes?

some people use packing peanuts

some don't even care, i don't think......

lots of the ported boxes i see are wooden boxes wrapped with glass just for the look.

for some shapes I figure it out ahead of time. like my current project will be about 2/3 the size of a perfect rectangle box.

I fill mine with beer... that way i know its sealed up.. then i get a few buddies over and we get crunk!.. no not really... but ive heard of water, peanuts, rice, anything.

packing peanuts are by far easier to remove from the said enclosure... but the beer would definately be more fun!

Guess/not worry too much about.

Or as I will do is build a box and then 'glass it in.
