How many gallons for a sub box?

you guys think one gallon of resin would be enough for a sub box? i want the smallest enclosure possible so i guess its not going to be a big sub box. i was wanting like a 0.5-0.75 cft. so any help is appreciated. thanks.

Depends. What kind of design you going with? A FULL fiberglass box, or just like a front fiberglassed box? I think either way, if your only going .5-.75 cu ft. you should be fine.

yea it's gonna be a whole fiberglass enclosure. because i didn't want to buy 2 gallons of resin but i just want to make sure before make the purhcase.

you should be fine with one gallon.

If you are buying locally on your resin, you could always return it if you dont break into the second gallon. But i would bet 1 will be fine.

buy one, and if you need more, go out and get it... Just dont do like i did and run out of fiberglass, resin, hardener, or let your brush harden before finishing your layer of glass... :doh: lol
