    17th order bandpass...

Someone had mentioned this to me, is anyone familiar? I guess from what i understand, its like building a smaller ported box, inside a larger one? I would like to learn more about this.

a 6th order bandpass is a ported encloure firing into another ported enclosure. the port doesn't fire into the other chamber

That sounds like a double bass reflex

Not DIY, but how you described it. I would say it's where both sides of the sub fire into a ported enclosure. Is dat be correkt?

    Oh, and...

Well maybe it's just the way I described it yeah both sides ported. The sub firing into both not the port too .

    double-tuned BP.

low tuned chamber fires into the higher tuned chamber.
