    What freq is my box tuned to?

    I have an Alpine RS12V box:

    Width: 405mm
    Depth Bottom: 420mm
    Depth Top: 330mm
    Height: 380mm

    Slot Port Dimensions

    Width: 340mm
    Depth: 620mm
    Height: 30mm

    was just wondering what frequency my box is tuned to? then i'll get a test tone; thanks

    It's tuned to around 34hz, but, the "happy" frequency in the car is going to be a lot higher than this, more like 45-50hz or so.

    *Vb = vol. in cu"
    **R = sq.rt. A / Pi (for square/slot port)
