    Glue

We're using an electric nail gun to put 1" nails (brad) into the wood for letting the glue dry. Now they can hold the wood decently together(still a little wobbly) but how long does it take Titebond 2 to really set until we can start work on another piece? Thanks again.

    Re: Glue

what size wood are you using? if you are using 3/4" material you need a 1.5" to 2" nail. You dont need to wait for the glue to dry to put another piece on, just make sure you dont pull apart the baffles that are already nailed together.

    Re: Glue

well we're using the very very very small brad nails (skinny). Would an air powered nail gun and 1.5" nails splinter the wood? I'm thinking yes.

I agree. Glue, clamp, nail, unclamp - good for the next piece.
