    question about ported boxes

Ok, the internal volume of a box, is it the volume of the port and everything, or just the section before the port? I am trying to figure out what my ported box is tuned to cause I had to modifie the port a bit to complete the box(lack of material)

    Re: question about ported boxes

net volume is after sub, bracing, port, wood etc. Gross volume is before

You'll want to work with the net size.
