which box will be louder and which will sound better, thx

ok i have a orion p12d4 and im either goin to make a ported 1.5cu. ft box set at around 30 hz. or im goin to make a sealed 1 cu.ft. sealed box.

but the question is which one will be louder and which one will sound better????????????? thx for the help everybody

louder, the first one. sound better, most likely the second one.

30hz sounds like a good freq to me. SOME of the music I listen to does go below that though.

If you're out for SQ, keep it sealed and try it out that way first, just my thoughts.
