well how many layers of fiber glass mat do u have. i usaly aim for all my fleace and mat to be about 1/4" thick. then regular bondo is fine

You can use what ever filler you can get ahold of. Just remember to mix it correctly, don't use too much hardner or it will make sanding a pita. For sub enclosures I like to use 15-17oz. kyntex biaxial mat. Takes three layers and you could park a car on it![]()
