i currently have polyfil in my L7 box. its like 2.5cubes net tuned to 38hz. would i get more output if i took the polyfil out?

nope i wouldnt use it...
i tink polyfill is used mainly for sealed boxes

do you think it affects output though?
depends on how you have it in the box, is it neatly stappled or just tossed in there. Just if it is not stappled it could bunch up against the port, i personaly wouldnt use it but i know people that do staple it to the back of the wall and put a mesh around the port so it doesnt blow out
there have been tests done i havea link but it no worky anymore, that it can give up to 40 percent increase in box size if done correctly.
