    fish man fiberglass

Is fishman fiberglass any good. Also' does chop mat mean it is cut into pieces.
What do you think of the price on this

    http://www.cardomain.com/item/FSHMAT15OZ5Y

    And this

    http://www.cardomain.com/item/FSHMAT24OZ3Y

which one is a better value and which one would be easier to work with for my first time.

    EFF that!

get the stuff from your local autozone for like $5 per 8sq yards. 25+shipping for the same crap is utterly unreal.

as far as "chop mat" versus "woven" woven just means the strands of glass are "woven" like you would weave a blanket or a sweater. chop mat is jsut a bunch of strands pressed into place and held together with some kind of starch. IMO - chop mat is easy to work with, because you can rip pieces off to fit your work area, and weave is awesome to get a really nice "final layer" of glass down to make it smooth as hell and eaiser to sand.

they both work just as well as the other, but chop is cheaper and can be ripped. so thats what i work with.

Chop can be formed alot easier to bends and such. Weave is heavier and more for quick buildup of large panels.
