is there really a difference in sound or anything? i know fiberglass can go nearly anywhere and use space that you would never use, creating more free space. however. is there a difference in the quality of the enclosure? or anythig?

my question is sort of the same. how is the vibration factor between the 2. thanxs
Glass should be around 1/4 inch or until you can stand on it which if done properly is around the same. Iasked a similar question a few months ago when I started my project .. I have yet to get enough time to get beyond the 2nd layer.

Thickness varies depending upon
1. The weight of the mat and or cloth.
2. The shape of the pieces ( curved or flat )
3. The size of the pieces
4. Bracing added
5. Proper application of the layers of mat
