This stuff is supposed to act like it gives you a little more space right? Do you jam it into a box and stuff it completely? What is the rule of thumb on this?
Where is the best place to get it?

From what I understand, use 1lb or a little more per cu ft. I use fill that is formed together in like a sheet instead of the loose fill. I use spray adhesive to adhere it to the internal walls. I get mine from the crafts department at walmart.
Does anyone know about how many lbs. of polyfill are in a regular sized pillow?

I just bought 2 one pound bags at walmart for $1.99 each
