Piece of cake, compared to a "real" folded horn or transmission line.wow.... that looks hard to make

the hardest thing to do would be that rounded edge, and with the right tools, even that's not hard.
All the measurements are there, all you have to do is mark and cut.
CUSTOMIZING it to fit your Sub is that hard part.

i am also wondering how you plan on making this without height measurments.
2006 Bright Island Blue 6s: stock 6 disc in dash, Hertz Hi-Energy 6.5" comps, MB Quart Ref 12", eclipse 5-channel sub amp.
Car mods: Lowered on Mazdaspeed springs with Koni Yellow shocks, Racing beat front/rear sway bars with AWR end links, LED turn signals, tail lights, front side markers, 18" ADR Cypher rims, 55w HID's in low beam and fogs, 5% tint all the way around. No go fast mods yet...tuning and Mazda6 don't go well together.

Another problem I see, unless I'm blind and I missed it, is that there's no cutout for the driver. In a design like this, you really need to know where to mount the driver to get the line length right...
So basically what everyone who's built them is saying it ain't that great b/c it is completly drive dependent and you have no height measurements or where to put the sub.
