so if im charging to 17volts can i run both positive posts at the same time and get a 16v and 12v at the same time or is it one or the other

if you want you can hook up all 16V pos to each other and all 12V pos to each other

you can not charge the 12V post but you can draw off of the 12V post (i do not recommend it as it may bulge )

sorry bro but the step up transformer will not supply enough current. the ea 200amp alt im getting can supply 12-20v depending on how i set it. i just need to be able to supply 60amps of 12v at the same time

actually a flux capacitor will step it up and charge them as need be
