I don't think you have enough rattles and you need blaring *** highs, seriously. They meter by ear playing music, so your killer numbers wouldn't help unless a burp killed him, then you'd win for sure

After I won I did a full tilt demo for about 20 minutes and my **** held up. Thought I'd blow something for sure...well my left ear still isn't happy after that

they measure "hood" style: loud, blaring highs, rattles, loud outside the vehicle, etc... But I showed them what loud and clean sounding is all about and the judge/DJ said he's never heard a car sound that good/loud. Compared to the **** that normally shows up mine is tuned a lot better. Not an SPL monster or SQ killer, but it's a loud *** daily driver...

Did it by ear. And you have to play music. Mike can tell you what he does on the meter. I saw a 155 on that AC190 or whatever it's called a week ago, but I'm not sure of his TL number.

Trust me the last one in Gary was shady as hell. Guy with a million coax's and like 2 12's in the trunk won it. Wasn't loud and sounded like ****.

DJ Phantom who judged this one and the first one doesn't play those games and gives everyone a fair shake.

I do 154+ on music and my mids/highs keep up and sound very good, not bright *** **** that could cut glass like most of the cars I heard there

The "hood meter" is how far away you can be heard, seriously. Sleepy_jr (Martin) was arguing with a group of guys because they said his **** was loud, but you could hear there's from farther away

Hughes would have fun at one of these shows I did a hair trick and people went crazy as they'd never seen that before. It's just a different mind set, but a good time all the same.
