Alarm installation difficult?

Im basically trying to find out how difficult it is to install an alarm system. would i have to remove the dash and splice into a whole bunch of wires? thanks.

you would have to take off whatever makes it easiest to get to the main ignition harness... and other harnesses and switches for whatever you need... and yes, you have to splice into a whole bunch of wires... best to use a soldering gun and lots of electrical tape and zip ties

yes there are several wires you need to tap into. Each car is different and unique in its difficulty. What kind of car is it, and i can probably be a big help to you into your installation. I do alarms on a daily basis. Id be happy to help.

not hard at all... i have a 94 ls and it didn't take me very long at all...
parking lights... hood pin... trunk pin... door pin... 12 volts... ignition... starter kill... lock... unlock... siren... anywayz... they're relatively close together... just get a wiring diagram... take off the front panel of ur dash and get 2 work haha

where is the coil that the tach wires are suppose to be attached to?
