I think the bypass you are speaking of is for the remote start. I'm not sure where to find one, but mine was about 80 bucks on my F150.
yea i think thats what the guy was telling me it was for. but he said the bypass is car specific and idk which one i would need for my car. and is it only for the remote start?
Most of the bypasses do quite a few cars. The one I use does most cars but you need to flash it to the vehicle type and wire it up
o ok. i think i found what you mean. would this be it?

I'm not sure man.
The pkall should work but there is a special connector that usually only dealers have. So you may be able to sweet talk someone into flashing the bypass
Looks like it requires a passlock 2 bypass, not a big deal.

You can buy them on ebay.

Well if the module does more than one vehicle like most do then you would need to hook it to a computer download the firmware for the specific vehicle and load it on the module.
He doesn't have to flash anything, it's a simple bypass, it just means you have to connect a few more wires.
Yes, did you click the first link I posted? The12volt.com is one of the best resources on the net for installing pretty much anything. They've got your wiring diagram and it says right on there you need the 555L or 555T. The link I posted was for a 555L. I installed one of these on my buddy's car and everything went fine...They'll both include wiring instructions.
And no, you don't have to flash anything, it just wires in.
