should i get an alarm?

i have an 03 silverado ex cab with the factory alarm. i have my doors deadened and sealed and im wanting to get an aftermarket alarm with a pager. my question is: will they have to take off my door panels and my deadening to get to my door latches/actuators for my factory door locks?

Or can they just wire the brain from under my dash along with my factory wiring?
