Relocating battery

I know it's easy to do.. just extending wires, but is there a reason why I shouldn't relocate the battery? I need room under the hood for some things, and the battery is in my way.

I dont think it will hurt, some cars batts are in the back, or the middle of the car.

Just make sure you use the right size wire.
