My Video Setup(2-Din & Headrests)

Ok recently I bought a DDX6019, awsome unit. But thats not the problem. The probelm are the headrest. They arent new but were in working condition. When I connected them to my h/u, there was nothing on the screen. The internet manual say automatic on/off. They also come with a remote when theyre new, but they dont have one now(theyre not new. I was wondering if theyre was a way of finding out wether they work and if they work with out the remote.

try connecting something else like a video camera maybe a ps2 or thos ething to make sure the screen works

I already tried that and nothing. I also tried to see if the video output on my double din works, and yes it works on my house TV
