    are you serious?
    "I'm pretty much dieing"

because you can't bypass the safety and watch a movie while you are driving down the road?

Just ground the wire. Simple enough. Now for everybody's sake, don't watch movies while driving.

Sage advice. There is good reason why in most states it is now illegal for there to be an operable video screen within sight of the driver's seating position while the vehicle is in motion. Having said that...

He knows he needs to ground the parking brake wire.
His question was if anyone knows which specific wire that is.

If you do not have the manual then goto Kenwood's website (KenwoodUSA.com) and download it. I would suggest that the info you're seeking is found within.

I had the 7017, and it is a green wire. The pink was the rear camera wire.
