need help with ungo alarm

i have a ungo alarm i got the thing when u lock your doors all the windows go up 3 go up but the passenger side one goes up half way and stops can any one help me i have a 03 yukon

Does the passenger window do that when you use the normal window switch as well, or only when you roll it up and down with the alarm?

no it doesnt do that when i use it normally

What kind of window module did you get?

i dont know which one it is i got it done where i got my system installed from i asked them they said it need sum lubricant like white lithum

Tell them that they need to fix it... because as long as it was set up right you should not have that problem since the window regulator and motor is obviously good.
