    engine swap...

    I found a guy that has a 4.0 v6 out of a ford expedition that I can get for dirt cheap and it only has 114k on it... now I drive a 99 ranger sport 4x4... does anyone know if the tranny will match up to the expedition motor or do I need to buy a new one of those as well?

    What does the ranger have in it? The 4.0l was an option, but there were several variances,
