Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
Quick vid of my Legacy.. been a long build and its getting closer. Only on 25psi.. car is being built for the Texas mile in hopes of a new record which is currently 198.1mph. And I plan on doing this with the full setup in the trunk :)

Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
As someone who just purchased a 2012 WRX, I must say that is pretty impressive with the power! My wife just rolled her eyes when I started talking about the Tomioka Racing twin-scroll turbo kit that would be a perfect first mod. :D
Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
Getting to this level involved a ton of mods which was cheap :( .. however on a stock motor you can easily be at 400whp and concentrate on some good suspension work for a fun DD :)
Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
All that money for 475 HP? lol I'm sorry
Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
lol $5k on my stock and I am at 500+ and 550+ tq
Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy

Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
This is sick! I always liked those Legacy, wish I could afford one :(
Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
They put bus lengths on 300+hp busas on the highway from 60-200. They haven't even pulled the fastest one out of the trailer yet either. They have been racing the 1400-1500hp ones lately and they have a 1900hp car that is waiting for competition. LMR supposedly has a 2khp vette to play with and some other companies like Titan are REALLY beefing up their top cars to play. I'll be at TX2K12 where most of these guys will be as well so i'll see them all there.
Re: Stage 4 Built Subaru Legacy
Wow nice setup.
Good luck hitting over 200 though. Need some nice gear ratio changes + higher rev's.
Also subarus are about as aerodynamic as a brick.

Sorry.. Reading > You.
475whp on 25psi.. still have yet to push it to 35-40psi. Should be in the 600whp range. Numbers are on the heart breaker dyno as well

Math with my tires and final drive is 213mph.
Aerodynamics..
Coefficient of drag: 0.29 (same as a C5 Corvette z06 for comparison.)
Not the brick you think

Yea? Are you also starting with 2.5l displacement and making a reliable daily? Anyone can take 5k and make a 500whp car.. nothing a standard lt1 block and a 250 shot of NOS can't put down but it won't live forever

Did you put larger tires on?
I didnt think legacy's were that sleek.
