Apparently rain is getting into my drivers side door onto the speaker, etc. The black weather strip on the outside looks fine so I'm not 100% sure that's where it's entering. A replacement is ~$50 so I hate to spend that much $ without knowing. Anyone familiar with them?


The inside strip lifts right up but I can't figure out how to remove the outside piece????

Anyone ever replaced this piece?
