Grand Marquis Fan really loud.

I have a 99 Grand Marquis, and for whatever reason the fan seems to be really loud. Anyone else notice this?

Is it bolted to the water pump If so The clutch is going bad.

wha? What clutch? I don't know if it's bolted to the water pump honestly. I haven't looked at it that closely.

Go out open the hood. And take a look at the front of the engine. Is there only one fan. Or two electric fans.
